Materials & Surface Treatment
All steel components are manufactured from national standard steel using high-frequency welded closed steel tubing.
The frame undergoes an environmentally friendly ceramic conversion coating process, including phosphorus-free degreasing, water cleaning, and organic acid rust removal. The exterior surface is finished with polyester epoxy powder coating, providing:
- Smooth and even coating
- No flow marks
- No color difference
- No bubbles or surface defects
- Standard color: Gray-white.
The structure adopts carbon dioxide shielded welding technology. All welded areas are evenly finished without slag inclusion, porosity, false welding, or burn-through. Welded joints are finely polished for a smooth and clean appearance.
