- Dimensional Parameters: Upper leg size: 380-390mm; lower leg (including wheels): 550mm; the tabletop length must be ≥550mm for splicing. The size of the wooden baffle is 50mm shorter than the tabletop or the same length as the tabletop.
- A-Frame Legs: The upper support is formed by stamping 3.0mm cold-rolled steel plate; the vertical pipe is welded into an A-frame structure with 30×60×1.5mm oblate pipe and 25×50×1.5mm oblate pipe to ensure the stability of the foot frame.
- Beam: The main beam is made of φ50*1.5mm round pipe, connected by aluminum alloy accessories, with rotary folding function on both sides.
- Storage Layer: Made of φ16mm round pipe, combined with 2.5mm steel booms on both sides, forming a detachable structure.
- Bottom Casters: High-quality movable casters with brakes, 360° rotatable (adjustable feet can be replaced), passing QB/T 4765-2014 "Casters for Furniture" test, silent and durable.
- Welding Process: Adopting national standard grade 1 cold-rolled steel (white pipe); the welding parts adopt CO₂ gas shielded welding and laser welding, without cracks, burrs or incomplete welding, complying with GB/T3325-2024 and QB/T 4767-2014 standards.
Surface Treatment
After 9 processes including degreasing, derusting, pickling and phosphating, it adopts environmentally friendly electrostatic AkzoNobel powder spraying process, complying with HG/T2006-2006 standard. The rust resistance reaches international level 7, passing 24-hour neutral salt spray test.
The surface is odorless and formaldehyde-free, with strong environmental protection, corrosion resistance, no discoloration in sunlight and long-lasting rust prevention.
Tabletop Material
Steel-wood combined structure; the base material is green and environmentally friendly board meeting E0 grade standard, with wear-resistant, scratch-resistant and easy-to-clean surface, stable and non-deformable.
