Compliant with GB/T 13010-2006 and GB 18580-2001 standards.
Environmental performance: Formaldehyde emission is not detected.
Features: High flatness, good stability, no deformation after long-term use, clear natural texture and uniform color.
(2) Base Material
High-quality E1 grade environmental-friendly medium density fiberboard (MDF).
Compliant with GB/T 11718-2009 and GB 18580-2017 standards.
Physical properties: Bending strength ≥ 37.8Mpa, elastic modulus ≥ 3910Mpa, internal bonding strength ≥ 0.81Mpa, thickness expansion rate ≤ 3.4%, surface bonding strength ≥ 1.81Mpa.
Environmental performance: Formaldehyde emission ≤ 0.041mg/m³.
Treated with insect-proof and anti-corrosion processes, high strength, good stability, strong nail-holding capacity and not easy to deform.
(3) White Latex Glue
High-quality environmental-friendly white latex.
Compliant with GB 18583-2008 standard.
Environmental performance: Free formaldehyde ≤ 0.04g/kg; benzene, toluene, xylene and TVOC are not detected.
(4) Paint
High-quality environmental-friendly water-based paint.
Compliant with GB 18581-2020 standard.
Environmental performance: VOC ≤ 42.7g/L; benzene compounds not detected; formaldehyde ≤ 35.6mg/kg.
Features: No particles, bubbles or impurities; strong adhesion, tough coating, wear-resistant surface and long-lasting color.
