This Anti-Static PVC Floor is a full-steel ceramic-laminated raised access flooring system designed for environments requiring electrostatic protection and high load-bearing performance, such as computer rooms, laboratories, data centers, and electronic manufacturing facilities.
It provides effective anti-static protection to prevent damage to precision electronic equipment while forming an elevated floor space for convenient installation and maintenance of cables and pipelines.
Materials & Structure
The floor panel is made of full steel with a ceramic laminated surface. It features high hardness (Mohs hardness level 7), no radioactive elements, strong stain resistance, and easy maintenance.
The surface is non-combustible and reaches A-class fire resistance. It supports a concentrated load of ≥400Kg and a uniform load of ≥13,350N, ensuring stable performance under heavy-duty usage.
As a core component of the Anti-Static PVC Floor system, the panel structure also meets environmental protection standards with zero radioactive contamination.
Support System
The supporting structure includes high-strength pedestal and crossbeam components:
- Upper support plate thickness: ≥3mm
- Lower support plate thickness: ≥2mm
- Round tube wall thickness: ≥0.9mm
- Crossbeam thickness: ≥0.8mm with sound-dampening pads
All support components are treated with cold galvanization, providing:
