This anti static work bench is designed for environments requiring electrostatic discharge protection, such as electronics assembly, precision manufacturing, and laboratory operations.
It provides a stable and ESD-safe working surface to protect sensitive electronic components from static damage. The structure combines strong load-bearing performance with long-term durability, making it suitable as a core workstation in workshops and laboratories.
Materials & Worktop System
The worktop is made from E0 grade environmentally friendly solid wood particle board, ensuring a low-formaldehyde and safe working environment.
The surface is covered with a fire-resistant laminate that provides:
- Wear resistance
- Heat resistance
- Scratch resistance
An anti-static rubber mat is installed on the surface to achieve electrostatic protection. The edges are finely sealed to ensure durability and prevent detachment during long-term use.
High-quality hardware fittings are used throughout the structure to ensure strong and stable connections.
Steel Frame Structure
The steel frame is made from high-grade Baosteel industrial steel pipes with excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
Surface treatment includes:
- Acid washing
- Phosphating
- Anti-rust treatment using automotive-grade phosphating process
The frame is finished with 300°C high-temperature electrostatic powder coating, resulting in a strong adhesive surface with a smooth, scratch-free finish.
This ensures that the anti static work bench maintains structural stability even under heavy-duty industrial use.
