Product Overview
This laboratory double-sided reagent rack is designed for the storage and display of laboratory reagents, consumables, and small experimental instruments.
It improves space utilization and supports integration with laboratory utilities such as power sockets, gas pipelines, water supply and drainage systems, and exhaust systems, ensuring convenience and efficiency during laboratory operations.
The structure is compatible with standard laboratory benches and allows flexible height adjustment of shelves to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Materials & Structure
Upright Frame System
The upright columns are made of welded steel profiles (40 × 100 × 1.5mm), formed through bending and precision processing.
The surface is treated with acid washing and phosphating, followed by high-temperature curing of pure epoxy resin powder coating, providing excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion.
The columns feature a full row of adjustment holes, allowing shelf height adjustment using locking nuts. The hole spacing is approximately 40mm, and the design allows space for routing electrical wires and gas tubing.
Shelf System
Shelves are made of ≥10mm single-sided frosted tempered glass, providing strength, safety, and clear visibility.
The guardrails use 304 or 316 stainless steel round tubes with a diameter of ≥12mm. Both ends are sealed with PVC caps to prevent oxidation and improve safety against impact or item falling.
The structure ensures stable load-bearing capacity suitable for reagents and laboratory instruments.
