Materials & Structure
The cabinet system is made of 18mm E1 grade melamine-faced particle board, which is environmentally friendly and structurally stable. PVC waterproof edge banding is applied to prevent moisture damage and deformation. The standard cabinet color is modern gray, while door panel colors can be customized. Aluminum alloy straight-line handles are used for a simple and durable finish.
The steel frame is constructed from 40 × 60 × 1.2mm galvanized steel tubes, formed through welding and finished with epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing. This provides strong adhesion, scratch resistance, and excellent acid and alkali resistance, ensuring long-term stability for the working table in laboratory.
The worktop uses a 12.7mm solid phenolic resin board, which is resistant to chemicals, heat, and easy to clean, making it suitable for demanding laboratory environments.
Hardware accessories include 16-inch silent drawer slides and 115° opening hinges, ensuring smooth and durable daily operation.
Manufacturing Process
The production process uses CNC precision cutting for high dimensional accuracy. Steel components are welded using spot welding and argon arc welding to ensure structural strength. The surface coating is applied in a fully automated spray booth using imported spray equipment, followed by high-temperature curing for a uniform and durable finish.
